Return Shipping Costs
Unless your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at thebugoff84@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Exchanges
